Applications and approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, inventory allocation, pricing validity, credit, marketplace authorization, or an order. VAULTROW LLC may verify business identity, selling channels, purchasing capacity, destination, and compliance before approving an account.

02

Official minimum orders and pricing

The standard programs begin at $12,000 for Starter, $34,000 for Growth, and $66,000 for Strategic. Their respective reference discounts are 45%, 65%, and 80%. The applicable discount is calculated against the verified retail reference for each exact product and configuration when a quote is issued. The accepted quote and final invoice control products, quantities, unit prices, shipping treatment, and total due.

03

Product and variant selection

Requested product families, colors, head configurations, pack sizes, quantities, and child ASINs remain subject to verification and inventory confirmation. Family-level marketplace options without a verified child-ASIN mapping are matched before invoicing rather than inferred.

04

Payment

Approved orders are paid by bank transfer according to instructions sent through the verified wholesale email conversation. The website does not collect payment credentials. An application does not reserve stock.

05

Commercial documents

The commercial invoice and any eligible supporting documents are confirmed for the named buyer and accepted order after cleared payment. Availability varies by order and purpose. Marketplace approval is controlled by the marketplace and is not guaranteed.

06

Fulfillment and delivery

Preparation timing, fulfillment origin, labeling, carrier service, delivery estimate, duties, and shipping charges depend on the approved allocation and destination and are stated in the accepted quote. Public workflow descriptions are representative, not fixed service guarantees.

07

Returns, damage, and warranty

Return, carrier-damage, shortage, fulfillment-error, and warranty terms are controlled by the accepted quote, invoice, and product documentation for the exact allocation. Buyers should inspect deliveries promptly and preserve photos, cartons, and shipping labels for any claim.

08

Marketplace and resale compliance

Buyers are responsible for their marketplace accounts, listings, taxes, permits, product claims, customer service, and compliance with applicable law and platform rules. Approval to purchase does not guarantee approval by Amazon or another marketplace.

09

Communication

Standard wholesale communication is handled through contact@vaultrow.com. Payment instructions and order changes should be trusted only when confirmed in the existing verified wholesale conversation.
