Current variant reference and accepted quote control final pricing.
Buyer questions
Clear answers.
Before the application.
Pricing logic, product selection, documentation, fulfillment, returns, and account review—written for serious wholesale buyers.
Apply for wholesale ↗01Do you support Amazon FBA sellers?+
Yes. The review is designed for Amazon FBA and FBM sellers, ecommerce operators, retailers, and established bulk buyers. FBA preparation details are confirmed only in the accepted quote.
02Can I select the exact color and head configuration?+
Yes. The application stores every buyer-selected product family, color, head configuration or pack size, and estimated quantity. No color or configuration is forced by default.
03Why do some options say child ASIN confirmed in quote?+
Amazon exposes all family-level colors and configurations, but not every child-ASIN mapping is reliably visible at the same time. Verified child ASINs are shown directly; the remaining exact mapping is confirmed before invoicing instead of being guessed.
04What are the opening order minimums?+
Starter begins at $12,000, Growth at $34,000, and Strategic at $66,000. Mixed CTMAST product families and approved variants may be requested within one opening allocation.
05How do the 45%, 65%, and 80% reference discounts work?+
The selected tier discount is applied to the verified retail reference for each exact configuration when the quote is issued. Marketplace prices can change, so the accepted quote—not an old screenshot—controls final wholesale pricing.
06Can the $12,000 minimum be reduced?+
The standard CTMAST wholesale program starts at a $12,000 opening order. Lower requests are not reviewed through this published program.
07Can I mix electric scrubbers, manual tools, and accessories?+
Yes. Buyers can request a mixed allocation across the canonical catalog families. Inventory, carton quantities, and exact variant availability remain subject to review.
08Are the Amazon rating, bestseller badge, and prices guaranteed?+
No. They are dated marketplace reference signals linked to the observed Amazon listing and can change at any time. The website labels these snapshots and links to Amazon so buyers can verify the current source.
09Which payment method is accepted?+
Approved orders are paid by bank transfer using instructions sent through the verified wholesale email conversation. This website never collects card or bank credentials.
10How fast are orders fulfilled?+
Preparation timing, origin, carrier service, labeling, and delivery estimates are confirmed in the accepted quote for the exact allocation and destination. The public application does not promise a fixed ship date.
11Can inventory ship to an Amazon fulfillment center?+
It may be available for approved orders. FNSKU labels, carton rules, ship-to details, prep fees, and routing are confirmed before payment and fulfillment.
12Is marketplace or ungating approval guaranteed?+
No. Amazon and other marketplaces control their own seller and listing decisions. Commercial documents, when eligible for the paid order, do not guarantee marketplace approval.
13What is the damage and returns framework?+
Wholesale return, carrier-damage, shortage, and fulfillment-error terms are stated in the accepted quote and invoice. Buyers should inspect shipments promptly and retain carton labels and photos for any claim.
14Who handles applications and orders?+
CTMAST wholesale applications and order administration are handled by VAULTROW LLC. Standard communication is managed by email through contact@vaultrow.com.
No website payment. Approved accounts receive bank-transfer instructions by email.
Amazon and other marketplaces control their own approval decisions.
An application does not reserve inventory.
